Find unusual market attention before it hits the price chart.
Orpail tracks mention velocity across six sources and flags when a ticker's chatter breaks its own baseline. Stocks and crypto, one radar.
Attention shifts before conviction shows up in the chart. It's scattered across six platforms, buried in noise, and impossible to track by hand — that's the gap Orpail closes.
One clear view of market attention, built from the sources others ignore.
Cross-source aggregation
We continuously scan the biggest social platforms, forums, and news sources — the niche corners that move first and the mainstream ones that confirm — pulled together, deduplicated, and normalized into one clean signal. The early chatter, before it's obvious.
Social Heat
A 0–100 attention score for how much attention an asset is drawing right now — built from volume, velocity, and breadth, computed the same way for every asset, stock or coin.
A score that shows its work
No black box, no magic number. Every score breaks into its drivers, so you always know why something is hot — heavy volume, sudden acceleration, or attention spread broadly across sources — with the context to tell a genuine surge from isolated noise.
A score that shows its work.
Most "social scores" hand you a number and ask you to trust it. We break Social Heat into its three drivers, so you always know why something is hot — heavy volume, sudden acceleration, or attention spread broadly across sources. Hover any asset and the reasoning is right there.
Common questions, straight answers.
What is Orpail?
Orpail is a cross-asset social intelligence platform. We measure how much attention stocks and crypto are getting across social platforms, forums, and news sources, in real time, and turn it into one clean signal called Social Heat.
What is Social Heat?
Social Heat is a 0 to 100 score for how much attention an asset is drawing right now relative to its own normal. It combines three measurable drivers, volume, velocity, and breadth, and is shown with the math so you never have to take it on faith.
Does Orpail predict stock prices?
No, deliberately. We tested whether social attention reliably forecasts price and found, like the published research, that it does not. We sell awareness, not a forecast. The dashboard tells you where the market's focus is moving, not what to buy.
What is the difference between attention and sentiment?
Sentiment is whether posts read positive or negative, which is noisy and often lags price. Attention is how much, how fast, and how widely something is being discussed. Attention is more measurable, harder to fake, and the cleaner read on where the market is looking.
What are the attention stages?
Every asset is tagged with where it sits in its attention cycle: early, surging, active, or cooling. That tells you whether something is just heating up or already past its peak, not just that it is loud right now.
Can I look up a specific ticker?
Yes. Search any ticker to see its mention history, sentiment over time, and exactly where it is being discussed, with the actual posts driving the move. Stocks and crypto, side by side.
Is this investment advice?
No. Orpail provides informational and educational data about publicly available social and news activity. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, and not a prediction of price. Always do your own research.
