Welcome to Orpail. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orpail website and service at orpail.com (the "Service"). By using the Service or signing up for updates, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Orpail is — and is not
Orpail aggregates and presents informational and educational data about publicly available social media and news activity relating to financial assets, including stocks and digital assets.
Orpail is not investment advice. Nothing on the Service is, or should be taken as:
- a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, digital asset, or other financial instrument;
- financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice;
- a prediction or guarantee of future price or performance.
Social attention is one lens among many and does not indicate future results. Markets carry risk, including the loss of all capital invested. Any decision you make is your own. You should always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult an authorised professional adviser before making any financial decision.
We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the Service does not constitute a regulated activity.
3. No warranty / accuracy of data
The Service and all data within it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The data we present is derived from third-party and public sources and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data is accurate, complete, or current. You rely on the Service at your own risk.

Underlying public data may be owned by third parties. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Service's content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

If you sign up, you consent to receive the emails you opted in to (for example, early-access updates and our newsletter). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurnR Ltd trading as Orpail will not be liable for any loss or damage — including any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential loss — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
